If you've found an inaccurate listing, suspicious activity, abusive content, or any other problem on Perchli, please email support@perchli.com with details including the property or page URL, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots. We aim to respond to all reports within 2 working days.
Response times
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 working days. Privacy and data requests will be acknowledged within 72 hours and completed within 30 days, in line with GDPR requirements.
